****** Under Renovation Rim Lae Restaurant and Construction of New Villas ******
We are pleased to inform you that our Rim Lae restaurant will be under renovation in some area start from 13th May 2010 after breakfast meal. The renovation will be finished in 20 days. Our working hours start from 10.30 hrs. until 19.00 hrs. So, we will be closed our restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Anyhow, we will provide to serve meal for guest in the area which won't be in renovation. And we also provide to serve meal in room if the client will prefer. The client can call from the room to order breakfast and we will serve to their room in 30 mins. For Lunch and Dinner, they can enjoy in many restaurants near to our resort along the beach. The construction area is far from the rooms, So,you don't worry about the noise trouble. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Extra Person 500 Baht/night (Only White Sand Villa is allowed an extra person to stay).

  • Rate above could be changed without prior notice.

  • Check in time 13:00 hrs, & Check out time is 11:00 hrs.

  • Late Check out or day use has an extra charge of 50% of the rate for each villa occupied until 18:00 hrs, a full night rate will be apply for use of the villa after 18:00 hrs.

  • Child Policy: Children under 10 yrs old stay free of charge on the sofa bed when sharing with their parents. Max 2 child sharing villa with their parents is permitted. (white sand villa only)

  • Baby Cot: for baby under 2 yrs old is available for free of charge. (ABF for child 100 B per meal)

  • Full Prepayment Before arrival.

  • Cancellation & No Show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written or email with our acknowledgment within 30 days prior to arrival date. otherwise, we reserve a right to charge total payment.

  • Full Prepayment: Visa/ master Card is accepted plus 3.5 % service charge. without credit card gurantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
